Returns and exchanges
We accept eligible returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags attached. Jewelry and artwork are final sale and are not returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent. Contact service@theislanderco.com before sending a return so our team can provide instructions.
Refunds for accepted returns are issued to the original payment method after the item has been inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
